where's my package?

Once your details are entered into GLS system, you will receive a message or an email with details about your package. This includes its tracking number, a link to track it, and a link to modify the delivery time and address.

How to Change the Delivery Time/Place?

Fancy a change in plans? No sweat! A page will open where you can choose a new delivery time or address. But just a heads-up: if you switch things up, your package might take an extra day to reach you.

Delivery Day

Come the day of the grand arrival, you will receive an SMS, revealing the approximate time your package plans to land at your doorstep. Also, in the same message, the contact number of your delivery hero will be included, whom you can call to clarify details about the package pickup if needed and to request minor changes to the delivery time.
