Jalapeno Chili Pepper Seeds

Jalapeño chili pepper seeds will produce a well-known variety of hot peppers that are usually harvested green, as the name suggests, but can be allowed to fully ripen and then turn a crimson red color.

Their heat varies between 2,500 and 10,000 on the Scoville scale, placing them in the category of mildly hot peppers. Jalapeno peppers range from 5 to 9 cm and are excellent for adding to fresh salads and sauces and pickling or smoking (chipotle). The harvest lasts the entire season, and the plant produces many fruits if it has good growing conditions.
