Pimiento de Padron – Sjemenke chili papričica

Pimiento de Padron pepper seeds produce peppers that originate from the northwest of Spain and have spread all over the world. The peppers are 5-7 cm tall and are harvested green when mildly spicy, but about 15% can be more pungent.

This makes eating these peppers always a fun experience. They are typically grilled, drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with salt, and served warm.
