Serrano pepper seeds produce a pepper that likely originates from the mountains in northern Mexico. ‘Serrano’ translates to ‘”from the highlands” or “from the mountains.”‘ The plant grows to about 80 cm in height and is very prolific.
The fruits are elongated, bullet-shaped, and about 6 cm long or slightly longer. The heat varies between 2,500 SHU and 10,000 SHU. They are similar to Jalapeño peppers but hotter, and the plants have hairy leaves. The fruits are green and turn red when ripe.
Each pack of Serrano Pepper Seeds comes in our original Croatian packaging, which includes English and German instructions for growing and caring for your peppers.
