Brace yourselves for The Reaper Hot Sauce, our hottest one made with fermentation! It’s made with 85% fermented Carolina Reaper peppers and enhanced with a splash of wine vinegar & a secret blend of spices to round it out.

Up until 2023, the Carolina Reaper held the blazing title of the world’s hottest chili in the Guinness Book of Records. This fiery mix is not for the faint-hearted which is why each 20ml bottle comes with a special dropper for precise dosing. Handle with care!

Note: We have other sauces made with concentrated capsaicin that are hotter than The Reaper, but this is the hottest fermented one yet.
